PJW Area V Finals Results
Punxsy had 14 wrestlers compete in the PA Jr. Wrestling Area V tournament held at Clarion University on March 17, 2012. All qualifying first and second place finishers move on to the State finals which will be held at the Hershey Park Arena in Hershey, PA on March 23rd and 24th. The following seven Punxsy wrestlers qualified for the state tournament.

The Punxsutawney Jr. High Wrestling Team was one of twelve that competed at the annual Clarion Tournament on December 10th. We had 9 out of 13 wrestlers that placed in the top three as follows to bring home the first place team trophy. Brockway finished 2nd followed by Smethport in 3rd.
